Ishikawa was in the Class of 1892. It appears that Yutaka Mizutani researched his life on one of trips here from Tokyo about 10 years ago and left a basic chronology of Ishikawa's life (LD5171.S521k 1892 ISHI). It's only 3 pages The only photo I am aware of is the Class of 1892 group portrait. Ishikawa is part of the group.
Mizutani helped produce a video on the history of basketball in Japan ("Sports frontier, the birth of the game of basketball, and a Japanese who played the first game in 1891") which I have not seen, but is in our video collection.
This is a report from our Archivist who also scanned the photo for you.

Below is the chronology of the late Mr. Ishikawa and I have also attached a photo.
Mr. Ishikawa is the third man from the left in the first row - I hope this is successful in reaching you - and helps you in your project.

1890 In March, moved to Northfield Mass ? entered the Mount Hermon Prep School. *In September - entered the International YMCA Training School
1891 On December 21, played the game of basketball.
1892 Graduated from the International YMCA Training School and became a director of the San Francisco YMCA
1893 Left the San Francisco YMCA ? entered the University of Wisconsin, Madison
1899 Submitted a master degree thesis
1901 Submitted the Doctor degree thesis. Returned to Tokyo with Mary C. On August 1st got married to Mary C. at Alexandria, Ontario, Canada
1903 Started working at the Mitsui Products Co., LTD in Tokyo
1905 Became the general manager of branch of the company iin Hamburg, Germany.
1906 On April 4, the first child was born, Akemi (daughter)
1914 (The WWI started)
1917 The Isikawas had a very hard time in Hamburg due to the War. Returned to Tokyo ? but his wife and Akemi went to Alexandria
1918 Left the Mitsui Products Co., LTD. Mary C. never returned to Tokyo.
(The WW I was ended)
1923 Became representative of the International Wireless Telephone Co., LTD. (Tokyo)
1924 Became a member of Board of Directors of the NHK in Tokyo.
1934 Became a member of Board of Directors of the NHK in Tokyo.
1941 (World War II started)
1945 (The War was over)
1952. On December 4, Mary C. died in Canada
1956. On December 7, Died at Yoyogi ? Tamigaya, Tokyo ?
